Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Cybersecurity Analyst (ISSE) to support PAE Fires IT.

The role focuses on security engineering within RMF, producing essential artifacts and ensuring compliance for DoD networks and systems at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. Qualified candidates will have 5–10 years in cybersecurity engineering, an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's in a related field, and IAT Level II certification.

• Experience executing RMF process and drafting SSPs, PPSMs, and POA&Ms.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field.

Position Responsibility Summary

• Primary Function - Security Engineering & RMF (PWS 1.16.4.3, 1.16.4.7): Designs, engineers, and implements NIST 800 Series-compliant Cybersecurity (CS) controls and produces/maintains primary RMF artifacts (SSP, PPSM, POA&M) across classified and unclassified systems. Provides necessary coverage to sustain the continuous engineering and documentation workload required for ATO/ATC.
• Cross-Functional Hardening Validation (PWS 1.16.2.3, 1.16.3):** Cross-trained in Network Security and Authorization and System Management. Enables the ISSE to conduct STIG assessments and security configuration validation directly on network devices and server platforms (e.g., ESXi hosts, OpenShift nodes, network switches). Reduces dependency on other teams for cybersecurity hardening activities, accelerates the ATO timeline by parallelizing security validation tasks, and ensures that security engineering assessments reflect actual device configurations.

Position Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Experience: Executing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process; drafting Systems Security Plans (SSPs), PPSM, and POA&Ms; performing STIG validation and security engineering for DoD networks and systems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: IAT Level II certification required per DoDM 8140.03 (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
• Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of cybersecurity engineering (ISSE) experience.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.

Duty Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama 35898

Work Arrangement: On-site (embedded within the OCIO); situational telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis with COR/KO approval

Travel Requirements: CONUS travel may be required; all travel requires prior written COR approval per JTR/FAR 31.205-46
