NIGHTS / FTE – 36h / 35k SOB Position Specifics o Department: Intermediate Care Unit o Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7p-7a) and weekend rotation o Facility: St. John’s Hospital o Location: Springfield, IL o Sign On: Up to $35,000 for external candidates o Compensation: Aligns with experience o Differentials: Shift and Weekend available for qualified hours worked Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, and supervising assigned team members. Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals, teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills, and answering questions.
