Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for patient care with a 0.75 FTE and a schedule of 12-hour shifts that rotate days and nights, including every third weekend and holiday rotation. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

Required BSN or higher, Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification, and prior patient care experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree; other degrees considered case-by-case.
• Previous patient care experience, including clinical settings.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure; CPR certification or eligible within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care following hospital policies and care standards.
• Supervise delegated nursing acts and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in care planning, assessment, and coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
