Sweetwater Care in California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our small Intermediate Care Facilities supporting individuals with disabilities. You will provide skilled nursing care, implement health care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an active California RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. You will manage medications, document care, and mentor DSPs and LVNs.
