Alton Memorial Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking an RN for a 32-bed Intermediate Care Unit in Alton, IL. The role supports patient-centered care with opportunities to grow clinically in a collaborative community setting.

The unit handles cardiac-focused patient care with a typical 4–5 patient ratio and offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates, plus shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates.
• RN licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness/injury management, including home care needs and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.

Nursing Diploma/Associate's
