Join the Intermedicate Care Unit at Alton Memorial Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare. This part‑time RN role welcomes new graduates and experienced nurses with a focus on high‑quality patient care.

Night shifts include two 12‑hour shifts, with shift differentials and a generous benefits package. New graduates and experienced RNs can pursue growth via the BJC RN Career Ladder while delivering compassionate care on a 32‑bed telemetry unit.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure.
• Open to ADN/BSN/MSN candidates.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Telemetry unit.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment needs and medications.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care with the care team.
