Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care unit. The role involves coordinating patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards.

We offer a 36-hour work week with 3 12-hour shifts, days and nights available, and every 3rd weekend rotation. Requires RN license, an accredited nursing program, BLS, and less than 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Less than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process per standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best experience across the continuum.
