Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This full-time role supports patients recovering from complex medical conditions, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and applying evidence-based nursing practices to promote healing and independence.

The unit includes Acute Brain Injury and General Rehabilitation programs; require a valid RN license, BLS, graduation from an accredited nursing

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead in clinical decision making and ensure patient safety and quality care.
