NBBJ Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our healthcare team. We are seeking a designer, with experience with good conceptual, visual, and communication skills to work in a highly collaborative and design-oriented studio. At NBBJ, an Intermediate Architectural Designer is responsible for supporting design leadership on projects, contributing to setting design quality standards, fostering a collaborative design environment, and advancing the firm's design reputation through active participation in project work, team mentorship, and client interactions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of healthcare projects ranging in scale. The position will offer the candidate opportunities to grow within the firm and exposure to an innovative, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $70,000 and $82,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
