Job summary

WRNS Studio in Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Architect or Designer for our Seattle office.

The candidate will plan, coordinate, develop and detail medium to large scale projects under minimal supervision, and collaborate with designers, engineers and technicians while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience, Revit expertise, a professional architecture degree (BArch/MArch), and strong communication skills; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with strong technical skills.
• Architectural license preferred
• Excellent Revit skills required
• Experience in medium to large scale projects
• Experience with engineer consultant coordination
• Experience in construction phase
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch)

Salary

At the time of posting this job, the salary range for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000. Our final compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education.
