Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with strong technical skills
• Literate in Revit
• Experience in medium to large scale projects
• Experience with engineer consultant coordination
• Experience in construction phase
• Completion of professional degree in Architecture, BS/BA/BFA/MA

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, develop and detail projects of medium to large scope, under minimal supervision
• Internalize architectural concepts and translate into built form
• Collaborate effectively with teams of designers, engineers and technicians
• Oversee junior staff
• Explore relevant subject area, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods
