Intermediate Architect Position in New York

Join a leading architecture and design firm in New York City as an Intermediate Architect. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing diverse projects from concept through completion, including large-scale commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise buildings.
• Collaborating closely with principals and project teams.
• Applying proficiency in Revit for creating construction and working drawings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional architecture experience, especially with large-scale projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of building technology, codes, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency and advanced skills in Revit.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with an ability to commute to Manhattan and willingness to relocate before starting.
