Verto People seeks a Senior Interior Designer for a flagship luxury hospitality project in Manhattan. You will deliver and detail a high-end concept, coordinating with the Studio Director to realize the Principal's vision.
You should have 8–12 years in luxury hospitality design, expert SketchUp/Enscape renderings, and a degree in interior design or architecture. Based in NYC with U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not offered.
Senior Interior Designer | Luxury Hospitality | Manhattan | $100,000 - $120,000+
Location: New York, NY (Manhattan, full time in studio) Type: Full time, permanent Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 and flexible for the right person Start: Mid-September
A boutique Manhattan interior design studio is adding a Senior Interior Designer ahead of a flagship hospitality commission kicking off this fall. It's the kind of project that anchors a portfolio for the next decade.
The studio is 15-20 people and growing. The work is luxury hospitality and private residential at the top of the market: bespoke furniture and lighting on every commission, bar and restaurant interiors, guest suites, custom millwork throughout. Low drama, efficient, genuinely not a burnout culture. Doors close early on Fridays and the office shuts down between Christmas and New Year.
You'll report to the Studio Director and execute the Principal's creative direction. This is a delivery and detailing seat rather than a concept-authoring one, and that's the point: the concepts are exceptional and the studio needs someone who can carry them all the way to a built result.
Moderate Revit is preferred, not required.
Package: $100,000 - $120,000+, bonus eligibility, healthcare, 401(k), PTO that increases with tenure, holiday office closure.
