Manhattan - High-End Residential role is open for a Senior Architectural Designer with a design-led approach in New York. The studio seeks a professional comfortable leading clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guiding projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years in architectural practice with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, deep knowledge of NYC zoning/building codes, and strong Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam skills, plus NYC construction

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years' experience within architectural practice.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, building codes and construction standards.
• High-end residential experience, with hospitality experience also beneficial.
• Excellent Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and technical documentation skills.
• Construction administration experience in New York City.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
