CU Boulder Libraries is seeking an Interlibrary Loan Technician to support the university's ILL and document delivery services using ILLiad and other platforms. The successful candidate will help process daily requests with accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with the Resource Sharing team.
This role reports to the Head of Resource Sharing, works with the Operations Manager, and typically operates Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 with primarily on-site work.

The Interlibrary Loan(ILL) Technician plays a critical role in supporting the UniversityLibraries' interlibrary loan and document delivery services. Usingresource sharing and library platforms such as ILLiad, Occam’sReader, Docline, RSCVD and FOLIO, this position ensures theaccurate and timely processing of daily ILL requests and DocumentDelivery services for CU Boulder patrons, as well as for nationaland international libraries. This position reports to the Head ofResource Sharing and works in close collaboration with theOperations Manager and Resource Sharing Section members to supportvarious resource sharing activities as required.

The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Flexibleschedule opportunities to shift workday slightly may be possible in discussion with the supervisor. Modality is primarilyon-site.
The salary for this position is $43,000 (set based on pay equityand within the 1st quartile). If you have prior state-classifiedexperience in the same class series as this position, your pay maybe set at a higher amount per the state Step Pay Program implemented on July 1, 2024.
