Pūlama Lāna‘i seeks a Guest Service Associate to manage passenger transitions from check-in to boarding while ensuring policy compliance and safe, courteous service for travelers across Lanai Air flights.

The role also supports flight reservations and coordination of ground transportation, working with vendors on Lanai, O‘ahu, and other islands to optimize guest experience and occupancy for Four Seasons Hotels on Lanai.

Competenze

• Hospitality experience with a high-end resort or similar environment.
• TSA experience and/or certification preferred.
• 1 year of logistical coordination or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• 1 year of clerical experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate passenger transfer from check-in to boarding with high-touch service.
• Provide security and protect travelers per regulations.
• Assist with flight reservations and ground transportation coordination.
• Track inbound flights and coordinate with multiple sites on O‘ahu and Lanai.
• Support ground service during arrival and departure through interisland terminals.
