Pulaama Lāna‘i is seeking a skilled candidate for a passenger services role to manage the process of transferring guests at Lāna‘i Air. This position requires high-quality guest service and effective communication with ground transportation and flight operations to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience with a high-end resort, proficiency in applicable software, and be detail-oriented. Working conditions can vary, requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills to support our mission of exemplary service.

Competenze

• 1 year of logistical coordination or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience with a high-end resort is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet.

Mansioni

• Assist with creating Lāna‘i Air as a high-end operation.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for greeting guests.
• Responsible for passenger boarding and baggage assistance.
• Anticipate issues and find solutions for guest service.
• Communicate effectively with operational partners.
