Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating Lāna‘i Air as a high-end operation.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for greeting guests.
• Responsible for passenger boarding and baggage assistance.
• Anticipate issues and find solutions for guest service.
• Communicate effectively with operational partners.
