Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation.
• Coordinate disciplines, consultants, and QA reviews.
• Lead BIM implementation and document control.
• Mentor staff and supervise preparation of technical drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Architect.
• Support green design and sustainable practices.
