Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Interiors Superintendent to lead on-site interior construction projects across Chicagoland. You will oversee field crews, coordinate subs, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

As a trusted on-site leader, you will drive safety, coordination, and efficient workflows while partnering with owners, architects, and inspectors to deliver exceptional interiors for commercial spaces.

• Enforce all safety protocols and maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs, monitor progress, and report status to project management.
• Ensure proper interpretation and execution of construction documents, submittals, and RFIs.
• Manage site-specific planning, sequencing, and coordination to minimize delays and conflict.
• Build positive working relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners.

Job Details

As a Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the safe and efficient execution of interior construction projects. You’ll oversee field crews, manage subcontractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be critical in delivering outstanding results on projects where precision, coordination, and workflows are essential.
