Job summary

Little is seeking a Studio Principal with a specialized focus on Interiors for commercial workplace clients to join our Northeast Leadership Team in Northern Virginia. You will build and mentor a team of Interior Designers and Architects, collaborating daily with leaders across the firm to deliver interior projects with design excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant interior design experience with certification or licensed architect status.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams across interior projects.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Studio’s Project Managers, Designers and Technical staff to deliver design excellence and quality documents.
• Develop new business opportunities and win work in the DC/Mid-Atlantic market.
• Maintain studio profitability and manage design fees against project goals.
• Mentor studio team members and foster career growth.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to set standards and practices.
