The role requires a technical degree and at least 3 years in project management, with preference for drywall industry experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Drywall Industry.
• Experience overseeing drywall, interior finishes, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling in commercial buildings.
• Ability to read, understand and apply complex documents affecting projects (agreements, contracts, drawings).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Viewpoint knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of drywall, metal stud and acoustical ceiling crews.
• Interpret project plans and specs for subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit quality estimates and detailed proposals.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout procedures.
• Ensure safety compliance and professional conduct with clients and partners.
