Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction
• Commercial interior construction experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects from preconstruction through project completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure complete scope understanding
• Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material procurement, equipment, and subcontractor performance
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Conduct regular site visits to verify safety, quality, production, and schedule compliance
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and field issues
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, warranties, and turnover packages

Requirements

• Commercial interior construction experience is required
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
