Calhoun Construction Services Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and develop project teams across all levels of the organization. The role focuses on deep construction knowledge, documentation control, and strong client communication.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a technical degree, and proven ability to read blueprints and manage complex contracts. The position requires coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and architectural teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, understand and apply complex documents (agreements, leases, charters).
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project plans, specs for subcontractors and craft workers.
• Lead project meetings and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Obtain and maintain construction permits and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and logs (QA/QC, tests, inspections).
• Coordinate safety and compliance for all team members.
• Communicate with clients and architects; provide periodic project updates.
• Close out projects with final paperwork and records.
