Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Experience in university or medical school facilities is indicated in the posting.
• Strong coordination, planning, and cost-estimating capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed analysis for productivity and efficiency in projects and long-term estimates.
• Lead project management initiatives and support space planning to project implementation.
• Develop conceptual planning, programming, estimating and transition to projects, including presentations and negotiations.
• Support scheduling planning projects and maintain associated documentation.
