Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of product engineering experience.
• Automotive interiors experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering tasks for a new program launch.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet time and budget targets.
• Develop and optimize product designs with prototypes and trials.
• Create part designs for tooling and production processes.
• Apply DFMEA/DFM principles throughout development.
• Lead root cause analysis and DV/PV testing activities.
