Are you an Aircraft Interior Technician with experience building, modifying, installing, and inspecting aircraft interior components? Do you work from sketches or 3D models and have at least one year of basic carpentry experience? If so, APPLY TODAY!

Dassault Falcon Jet is building a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB), Florida. This facility will serve customers across the Americas, accommodate all Falcon models including the Falcon 10X, and perform major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon aircraft.

We are seeking a Weekend Shift Interiors Technician responsible for custom cabinet installation and upholstery work, fabricating, assembling, and installing products such as window panels, headliners, decorative panels, access panels, and more, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Complete assigned tasks within budget and schedule, maintaining quality standards and safety regulations.
  2. Fabricate, assemble, and install interior components like window panels, headliners, and access panels.
  3. Install main cabin cabinets including galley, crew closet, entertainment cabinets, window shades, and tables.
  4. Install and test final assemblies and systems, including sinks, water, air, and oxygen systems.
  5. Perform functional checks and adjustments on installed systems and mechanical assemblies.
  6. Install carpeting and seats, and perform related functional tests.
  7. Document work accurately in Corridor.
  8. Maintain a professional manner, keep work areas clean, and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of basic carpentry or related experience.
  • Ability to work from sketches or 3D models and follow written instructions.
  • Proficiency with drills, sanders, and common hand tools.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs., work standing, and repeatedly enter/exit aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical training in aircraft structure or maintenance.
  • Experience servicing, modifying, or repairing aircraft.
  • Experience in cabinet installation or upholstery.
Working Conditions
  • Hangar and ramp environments with variable temperatures.
  • Potential exposure to glue, resin, dust, and loud noise.
