Responsibilities include consulting on space planning, presenting concepts, managing the full sales cycle, handling objections, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design OR strong sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to interpret client needs beyond what is said.
• Self-driven and motivated by targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage and consult with clients to understand space and design preferences.
• Present design concepts and space planning solutions with confidence.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to handover.
• Present proposals, justify pricing, and handle objections.
• Build strong relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure timely follow-up and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
