Job summary

Interiors by Impact in Metro Detroit is seeking a sales-and-design professional who can prospect, consult, design, price, close, and shepherd projects from first contact to installation. This is a hands-on role blending interior design with active sales, requiring a proven ability to convert inquiries into signed projects.

You will own your pipeline, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and collaborate with a brand-supported team to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in interior design or related field
• Proven sales ability: convert presentations into signed contracts
• Ability to consult, design, present, price, close and manage the job
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and pursue high-potential clients in the Detroit area
• Convert inquiries and presentations into signed projects
• Lead in-home and virtual consultations that move the client toward a decision
• Deliver fee proposals with clear visuals, scope, and timeline
• Own your pipeline from lead to contract to retainer
• Maintain CRM with current client and project data
• Coordinate vendors and manage budgets and timelines
