Job summary

Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, MO is seeking an experienced Interior Renovation Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan and purchase high-end remodeling projects. You will meet with homeowners, guide projects from consultation through close, and sell kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior renovation work.

3+ years in sales or construction sales, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills, are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, construction sales, or client relationship experience.
• Proven sales and closing ability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and budgets.
• Self-motivated and driven by results.
• Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities
