Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking a Project Estimator to calculate costs for interiors projects based on blueprints and specifications. The role uses Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore to prepare timely estimates for internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience with 1–3 years of estimating, and intermediate Excel skills. A hybrid schedule requires in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays, with additional onsite days during training.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years estimating experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basis.
• Prepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projects.
• Obtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliers.
• Prepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customers.
