Job summary

SiteLine Services is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction for commercial projects. The role requires understanding of cost development, value engineering, and collaboration with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of estimating/preconstruction experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Analyze bids for scope coverage and pricing accuracy and support value engineering efforts.
• Develop and maintain vendor/contractor relationships and prepare cost estimates with contingencies.
