Job summary

Superior Plantings is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to service interior plants at client locations, performing watering, pruning, and health assessments. This field-based role requires independence, attention to detail, and professionalism.

You will document service, communicate issues, and follow IPM procedures while maintaining attractive plant presentations. Regular routes start early; candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to maintain an assigned work schedule.
• Independent field-based work requiring good time management and professional interaction with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned client accounts according to schedules and standards.
• Water, trim, prune, clean, rotate, fertilize interior plants.
• Maintain clean, professional-looking plants and surrounding areas.
• Evaluate plant health and identify signs of stress or pests.
• Communicate plant conditions to supervisor and assist with replacements.
• Follow IPM procedures and document service records.
• Drive between client locations as required and maintain reliable transportation.
• Wear uniform and work early schedules as needed.
