• Evaluate plant health and identify issues such as pests or watering problems.
• Communicate plant conditions and replacement needs to supervisor.
• Follow IPM procedures and document service activities.
• Complete service records and account notes in company systems.
• Assist with plant replacements, installations, or special projects when required.
