Responsibilities

• Service assigned client accounts according to schedules and standards.
• Water, trim, prune, clean, rotate, fertilize, and detail interior plants as appropriate.
• Maintain clean, professional-looking plants and surrounding areas.
• Evaluate plant health and identify signs of stress or pests.
• Communicate plant conditions and replacement needs to supervisor.
• Follow IPM procedures and document service activities.
• Follow safety procedures and wear the company uniform.
• Travel between client locations as required.
