Responsibilities

• Service assigned client accounts according to schedules.
• Water, trim, prune, clean, rotate, fertilize interior plants.
• Maintain clean, professional plants and surroundings.
• Evaluate plant health and identify signs of stress or pests.
• Communicate plant conditions to supervisor or manager.
• Identify replacement needs and assist with replacements.
• Monitor for interior plant pests and report findings.
• Follow IPM procedures and approved treatments.
• Complete service records and required documentation.
• Follow account instructions and report issues.
• Provide courteous customer service in client spaces.
• Work quietly and safely in occupied spaces.
• Protect client property during service.
• Participate in trainings and special projects.
• Assist with plant replacements, installations, or moves.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
