Job summary

AddLife in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Plant Care Specialist to maintain interior plants at client sites. You will water, prune, rotate, and detail plants, assess health, and report issues to supervisors. The role requires independent work, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.

You will follow IPM procedures, document service activities, and perform routine plant replacements as needed. Travel between client locations is expected with early routes.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned client accounts according to established schedules and service standards.
• Water, trim, prune, clean, rotate, fertilize, and detail interior plants as appropriate.
• Maintain clean, professional-looking plants, containers, surfaces and surroundings.
• Evaluate plant health and appearance and identify signs of stress, watering issues, disease or pests.
• Communicate plant conditions and needs to supervisor or manager.
• Identify plants needing replacement and assist with replacements as directed.
