Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate capacity between interdependent teams such as customer operations and production.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, assign and supervise Transfer Station Leads, Technicians and Attendants.
• Manage attendance, coverage, and compliance with policies and bargaining agreements.
• Deploy staff across unloading bays and floor functions to optimize flow.
• Coordinate customer movement, bay capacity and material processing.
• Identify hazards and respond to incidents, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
