AerSale, Inc. in Millington, TN is seeking an Aircraft Composite Technician to perform maintenance, fabrication and repair of composite structures on aircraft and powerplant components.

The role requires reading maintenance manuals, blueprints and service bulletins, and working with hot bonding equipment and wet layups. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($23.00–$38.00) with an additional $2.00 per license, full benefits, 401(k), ESPP, education reimbursement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Maintenance Manuals and illustrated parts catalogs.
• Ability to read blueprints, ATA codes and service bulletins.
• Experience with composite fabrication and repairs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace aircraft components with bolts, torque, rigging and wiring.
• Repair, modify, or overhaul aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.

Subject to continual loud noises.
