Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Millington, TN is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to perform teardown, inspection, assembly, testing and repair of aircraft avionics components. The role requires reading schematics, using calibrated test equipment, and ensuring work meets approved data and regulatory requirements.

Expect to lift up to 100 lbs, work in a shop setting, and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and buyers to support MRO activity. FCC certification and A&P license are highly valued.

Performing teardown, inspection, parts requisition, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of aircraft Avionics components. ADF, Radio altimeter, VHF, HF, VOR/ILS, Radar, DME, Transponders, Steering computers, Instrument amplifiers, Radar indicators, Digital air data computers, Baro rate computers, Gables panels, Power transformers and Antennas. Extensive knowledge of Avionics components is required for this position.- A&P License. (Preferred)- FCC certification (Preferred)- Associate degree in Electronics- 2 Years aviation Avionics experience- Associate degree- Previous work experience may be considered.- Knowledge of and the ability to operate various test equipment.
