Berry Companies at Attitash Village in Bartlett, NH invite you to join our team as an Interior Maintenance Team Member. You will perform interior maintenance, preventive HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repairs to keep our guests' homes and resort facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Pool chemistry knowledge is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be available weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interior maintenance needs as assigned.
• Preventative maintenance HVAC.
• Plumbing needs as assigned.
• Pool – testing, and treatment of systems.
