Job summary

Carter Custom Millwork is hiring for a full-time door assembly role in Kentucky. Under minimal supervision, you will review orders, prepare materials, and set up for interior-door assembly using power and hand tools.

You will cut components, prep hinges and locks, and fasten jambs, stops and casings to complete orders on schedule. The job emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety, physical endurance for long shifts, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in the use of a variety of tools is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• General carpentry skills are preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to do repetitious work at a fast pace while standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance.
