Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Interior Designer for our client in the Workplace practice. The role focuses on tenant improvements and commercial design, requiring leadership in design development and client collaboration.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a base salary of $80,000 to $130,000 plus bonus potential, along with comprehensive benefits and PTO. 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• 5+ years of Interior Design and Architecture experience.
• Workplace design experience is required.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop is required.
• Graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and assist in drawing preparation for all design phases.
• Update design documents and develop solutions as needed.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings including modeling.
• Provide research and compile data during design phases.
• Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and project team meetings.
• Possess basic knowledge of project budgets.
