Role Overview

• Work in a beautiful showroom, interact directly with clients to design inspiring spaces.
• Drive your business through client interactions in the showroom and personal outreach.
• Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and bringing their design dreams to life using our advanced technologies and tools.
• Access to over 200 top brands, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair.
• Manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Be supported by a dedicated team of professionals in client service, accounting, and delivery.

Compensation Details

• $20/hour for the first 4 months, with an option to switch to commission earlier
• 100% commission, uncapped, paid at the time of order
• Annual pay range: $45,000 - $130,000 (average first-year earnings $51,000+; second-year $61,000+)
• Average commission rate: 7.55% (range 6.6%-8.7%)
• Performance bonus opportunities annually

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or interior design, or a related field with a passion for interior design.
• Proven success in sales and ability to achieve targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills and engagement ability.
• Highly motivated by commission-based earnings.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
