Job summary

Arrowstreet is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead projects across multifamily, hospitality, institutional, and academic environments. You will translate program and brand goals into cohesive design solutions from concept through construction administration.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of experience and a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, with proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA Requirements.
• NCIDQ accreditation preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concepts through construction administration.
• Develop space plans, finish palettes, FF&E selections and material specifications with technical and aesthetic rigor.
• Produce and oversee high-quality design presentations and documentation, including drawings, details, schedules, and coordination with architecture/engineering teams.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants and vendors, guiding design decisions and presenting work clearly.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and internal team members to ensure integrated, buildable design.
• Mentor junior designers and review work for quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in construction administration, including submittal reviews, site visits, and resolving field issues.
• Contribute to design culture through precedent studies, standards, and workflow improvements.
• Engage a network of vendors to research and incorporate innovative materials and fabrication strategies.
