Interior Designer | Multifamily Interior Design | Denver, CO

Working Style: In-office with a work-from-home day weekly and flexible Friday hours

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer who wants to join an excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees!

Accomplished interior design position responsible for producing innovative designs by completing tasks assigned by the Project Lead and supporting the design team for optimum success. The Designer will ensure the drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and drawing standards. They may prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for ensuring an Optimal Client Experience
  • Assist Project Lead in developing conceptual and design development presentations for builders/developers
  • Responsible for the execution of all design concepts, design development, construction documentation, and FF&E, working directly with the Project Lead
  • Ensure all selections/products meet all required codes related to local, state, and national standards
  • Assist in the execution of all design concepts, design development, and construction documentation, working directly with the Design Team
  • Assist in project installations assigned to team
  • Understand Job Cost Reports and assist Project Lead with reaching targeted profit margin
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Design and technical capabilities
  • 4+ years in Design
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences
  • Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, design principles, and material selection
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goal
  • Travel as necessary
