Job Details

We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team! This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. You will be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for

  • Developing innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
  • Creating detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Ensuring all design elements adhere to current building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and integrity.
  • Participating in construction administration, including reviewing construction drawings and conducting site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
  • Presenting design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure our projects remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer with experience in multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other design software.
  • A comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Experience in construction administration and preparing construction documents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Professional registration or certification in Interior Design is desirable but not essential.
