Job Details

We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning design solutions for high-end single-family residential projects. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design, residential projects, and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that align with our clients' visions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop high-quality, custom single-family home designs.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed interior design plans.
  • Manage all phases of the design process, from initial consultation and concept development to final execution.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating their preferences and budget considerations.
  • Stay current on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on single-family residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Proven ability to create custom home designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and residential design principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
