Job summary

Extell Development Company is seeking a Designer to support the Vice President in coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants through all design stages. The role includes reviewing design drawings for feasibility and integrity, managing FFE and art programs, and performing AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Interior Design with three years of relevant experience and strong communication skills to interact with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• Three (3) years of relevant interior design/architecture experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and strong FFE experience.
• Strong ability to review design drawings, provide feedback and ensure design integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP with coordination among cross-functional teams and external consultants.
• Review design drawings for viability, compliance and quality control.
• Manage FFE, OS&E, and art program selection; conduct product research and procurement.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings and 3D models; participate in design and construction coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create sales and marketing materials.
