In this role, you’ll lead complex design scopes, guide design strategy, and serve as a technical, product, and process resource for the broader team. You’ll manage highly detailed documentation, support accurate specifications and contract-aligned solutions, help resolve complex site and product challenges, mentor junior designers, and contribute to standards, innovation, and client confidence. Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000, based on skills, capabilities, and experience.
