Job summary

Widseth in Minnesota is seeking a talented Interior Designer who creates beautiful, functional spaces and communicates design concepts clearly. You’ll work on programming client needs, space planning, and construction documentation across projects.

Bring a bachelor’s in interior design, at least two years of experience, proficiency in Revit, and strong presentation skills. You’ll collaborate across teams, explore FF&E packages, and contribute to community-focused design efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
• Certified Interior Designer or the desire to become a certified professional
• Proficiency in Revit documentation required
• Knowledge of 3D Rendering & Adobe Creative Suites applications is beneficial
• Project organization skills: 2 years
• Creative thinking in developing, designing and creating new applications and ideas
• Knowledge of the practices and principles of interior design

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and construction documentation
• Develop FF&E packages with specifications of materials, fixtures, and furniture
• Provide design support, material selections, and execution of design concepts across all project phases
• Produce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, for client presentations
• Coordinate with material representatives, vendors, and consultants
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations
